CRS Grundbesitz- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH was founded in 2009 as an investment holding company to invest in properties for its own portfolio and in companies from the financial sector, property consulting and property trading as well as the catering and technology sectors.

The company currently holds investments in two companies from the financial and technology sectors in Germany and abroad.

In future, the company will focus on investments in the catering and property sectors, with the shareholder making a strong personal contribution. The existing network of banks, investors, brokers, administrators, consultants, lawyers, supporters and partners is an excellent basis for the sustainably successful further development of CRS Grundbesitz- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
