Shareholder

Christian Roman Schreiber is the founder and owner of CRS Grundbesitz- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. He has around 30 years of experience in the property and finance sector. His previous focus was on advising institutional clients, property brokerage and the restructuring and realisation of real estate and loans secured by real estate.

After training as a businessman in the property and housing industry, he founded the company SCHREIBER IMMOBILIEN in 2000 while studying business administration, before founding CRS Grundbesitz- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH in 2009.

He also worked for around 11 years as a partner at the international consulting firms Brookfield Financial and Avison Young.

During his career, he has been responsible for successful transactions with a total volume of more than €4.5 billion in Germany and the Netherlands.
